Overview

If your pet seems unhappy, it is good to know why. Do they look bored all of the time? Do they growl when you get close to the food bowl? These are signs of aggressive and unhappy pet behaviour. And as a pet owner, you don’t want your pet to feel down. There are ways to help your pet and the first step is to understand their situation. Remember, pet behaviour can tell us a lot of things. The Advanced Diploma in Pet Psychology at QLS Level 3 is an in-depth course that will allow pet owners and animal carers to build a steady relationship based on mutual understanding and trust. The more you take the time to understand your pet, the better your relationship will be with them.

The course will educate learners on unusual and undesirable behaviour of pets, how to tackle them and overcome it. Acquire a comprehensive understanding on how to respond to certain types of pet behaviour that are not healthy for them and for people around them.

The Advanced Diploma in Pet Psychology at QLS Level 3 will discuss key topics on pet psychology such as what is normal pet behaviour, how to calm an aggressive pet, how to tackle their fear and anxiety, how to deal with psychiatric challenges and find solutions. The course will enable learners to understand what is deemed as normal pet behaviour, and the role and responsibilities of the pet owner who want to get their pet to having a warm and welcoming nature.
