This course is designed to ensure that you successfully obtain the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification on your first attempt. This training provides in-depth knowledge in all aspects within the 5 phases, six sigma tools and standard principles of Lean Management with real life applications on various industry used cases.

Green Belt qualification gives you the skills you need to tackle projects first-hand. You will be equipped with the tools and knowledge you need to run small, department-level projects independently, and to assist the Black Belt on larger, more complex problems within your place of work.

This online training course is comprehensive and designed to cover the key topics listed under the curriculum.

You will have 12 Months access to your online study platform from the date you purchased the course. The course is self-paced so you decide how fast or slow the training goes. You can complete the course in stages revisiting the training at any time.

At the end of the course, learners will take an online multiple choice question assessment test (please be aware, this is not the official exam). The online test is marked straightaway, so you will know immediately if you have passed the course.

Successful candidates will be awarded a certificate in Six Sigma Green Belt.

For those who wish to sit for the exam it is recommended, but not required, that Lean Six Sigma training is obtained through a qualified institution, Lean Six Sigma trainer or corporate programme. It is also recommended, although not required, that those sitting for the exam have some degree of real-world Lean Six Sigma work experience and project application experience.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not provide the official exam, which will need to be purchased separately.

Learners must be age 16 or over and should have a basic understanding of the English Language, numeracy, literacy, and ICT.

Once you successfully complete the Six Sigma Green Belt course, you will gain an accredited qualification that will demonstrate your skills in project management. The certification will prove that you can tackle projects, impressing potential organisations. You can further your knowledge in project management, and take more courses in this Six Sigma series.
