SciPy refers to an open source Python library that is used for scientific and technical computing. SciPy uses NumPy for more mathematical functions and includes modules for common tasks such as linear algebra, integration, equation solving, signal processing and optimisation in science and engineering. Brett Romero is a software engineer and entrepreneur.
