Courses

1. Which course should I study?

Our course and career advisors can help you tailor a study package for your own specific needs. They can tell you which certification will best suit your skill level.

2. How long will I have access to the course?

You will have access to the courses for a full 12 months, unless stated otherwise. You can also use the courses as a source of reference after completing your studies.

3. How is the training delivered?

We provide online courses, classroom courses, and live online classes, please see below for an explanation:

  • Online courses are delivered purely online, and will mean you are responsible for studying in your own time. You will have support from a tutor.
  • Classroom courses are based in a classroom, and mean you will work in a group with a tutor.
  • Live online classes are taught through live seminars which you will attend online, this gives you the classroom experience, but means you can attend class from anywhere. You can chat to the tutor and your fellow students via a chat system, and will take part in a discussion and Q&A session during every seminar.

4. How can I pay?

Study365 accepts payment via credit card and bank transfer. For more information, feel free to speak to one of our course advisors who can find a method of payment to suit you.

Exams

1. Are practice exams included?

Practice exams are included with most of our certification courses (unless stated otherwise) to help you prepare for your exams with confidence.

2. Are exams included in the course price?

Unless stated otherwise, exams are not included. Which is why we are able to keep our prices competitive and enables you to pay for your exams only when you are ready to take them.

3. What do the exams cost?

Exam prices vary, so if you are interested in a specific course, speak to our course advisors, who can guide you accordingly.

4. When am I ready to book my exam?

Generally speaking you are ready to book your exams when you are consistently achieving over 90% on the exam simulators.

5. Where do I sit my exams?

Exam type varies from course to course, so check the course page which should tell you which kind of exam it will be. Usually, it is an assignment and/or multiple choice quiz. This will be explained in your course handbook.

 

Support

1. What if I have a query?

Each of our students is provided with their own course advisor. You will be able to communicate with them via telephone, email or live chat during UK business hours.

2. When can I start the training?

We will provide you with login details after you have completed the sign up process for a course. Once you have received your login details you will have immediate access to your selected training course.

3. What if I am using a Mac?

Our learning platforms are compatible on Windows, Mac and Linux operating systems. However, if you do have any issues, our support team can be contacted via email.

Other

1. Why certify?

Gaining a certification proves that you have reached an accepted and valued level of competence. By obtaining your certification you can provide recognised proof of your professional achievements. These credentials enhance job and promotional opportunities, as some employers require certification as a condition of employment or for certain positions or advancement.

2. Are the certifications recognised qualifications?

Yes, Study365 courses lead to accreditation from different international awarding bodies (Please see the course page of relevant course for further information). Also, Study365 courses provide a certificate of completion which is recognised throughout the industry.

3. Can I get a refund?

Our refund policy is as follows: our cancellation period is 14 days. Any purchase cancelled within 14 days of payment will be eligible for a full refund (unless you have started the course). Once you begin the course, you are no longer eligible for a full refund even if you ask for a refund within 14 days of payment.  Once a course has been redeemed, we cannot grant a refund.
