  • How to manage rooms, including changing the status of rooms

This course is suitable for anyone who hopes to work as a professional hotel receptionist, with or without experience.

  • You need to be at least 16 years old
  • You should have a basic grasp of English, Maths and IT
  • You will receive an accredited Hotel Receptionist and Opera PMS Software Training certificate upon completion of the course
  • You will have an option to apply for a Quality Licence Scheme endorsed certificate by completing an assessment, and you will receive this certificate directly from Quality Licence Scheme
