Gregory Dragula is a Hotel Receptionist and Opera PMS instructor who has 15 years of industry experience. Gregory has been training Hotel Receptionists for the past seven years. He has worked for some of the world’s leading hotel chains as a hotel manager including Marriot, Millennium and RAC.
