Course Overview

Lead Agile Projects with Confidence

The AgilePM® Practitioner certification builds on Foundation level, allowing you to apply and tailor AgilePM® to real-life project situations. The course will give you the advanced skills to manage multi-team environments, lead agile projects, and incorporate strong governance, while maintaining flexibility.

In this course, you will gain practice with several types of tools and techniques. You can use those to improve your project management skills. This certification is suitable for project managers, team leaders, product owners and individuals who are interested in mastering agile project management.

Through a real-world case study of the Ecolodge Panthera Resorts project, you will learn how to design team structures, prioritise work using MoSCoW, schedule incremental delivery, integrate risk management and stay compliant with regulations while maintaining agile. The course emphasises real-life practice over pure theory. This will prepare you to be confident in handling volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity (VUCA).

On completion of the course, you will be ready to take the official APMG AgilePM® Practitioner exam. This is an open-book exam designed to test your ability to analyse and appraise agile techniques in different situations.
