    Diploma in receptionist training

    Really good value for money! A great course in which you can spend as much or as little time as you have to complete. Provided with all the appropriate materials needed in order to obtain qualification. Modules included lots of information and resources – which was really helpful, as well as some basic things – in case you needed to brush up on some skills or learn new skills. Easy to access and covered all relevant topics.

    Diploma in receptionist course

    I think this is a great course for beginners in these areas and a great refresher for those who need one. The layout of the course was great and easy to follow, however I spoke to someone via the chat who gave me an email address to contact an adviser but no one ever came back to me, which was disappointing. Overall, good course, poor support.
