    Healthy digestion

    Despite the fact of being a lover of gluten-based products, little did I know that I was highly allergic to those items. Whenever I consume wheat-based items, I always use to face problems such as abdominal pain, bloating and gas to which my general practitioner said that the reason behind those symptoms was mainly because of gastric disorders and used to prescribe antacids for me. Yet, when I consulted the specialist only I realised that I am allergic to gluten-based products and suggested changing my lifestyle. During such an instance this course tended to be very helpful because now I am free of those symptoms because of eating healthier food options.

    Aware of something new

    I happen to consume a lot of gluten-based products yet I don’t have any allergies to those items.     Adopting a new mode of obtaining balanced nutrition

    Being diagnosed with wheat allergy left me deprived of the various food items. This made me think that I was unfortunate for quite a long time. Thanks for this wonderful course! After having followed it I learnt that I still can have a balanced diet with various wonderful items such as fruits, vegetables, green leaves, beans, seeds, legumes, and nuts in their natural, unprocessed forms, low-fat dairy products, eggs, lean, nonprocessed meats, fish and poultry.

    Lifestyle change

    Thanks to this course and I have now adopted a gluten-free diet and realised that is much healthier and has aided in improving my gastrointestinal conditions by greatly reducing its symptoms.
