    Being good shape

    Those who knew me from my childhood days would recall me as a person who was rather obese and overweight. I was obese and overweight till I was eighteen. After having being selected to pursue my education at college, I wanted to look rather fit and in good shape as well as looking for short-cuts in exercising. By chance, I happened to come across this programme and found some awesome high-intensity workouts. I made a plan and followed these workouts continuously for six months and today I am in good shape or rather athletic and many are amused at it!

    An alternative for exercising in a gym

    I am in my mid-thirties and many of those who are my age are out of shape! They were in good shape during my days at school and college, where many of them went to the gym and undertook different kinds of sports. Yet, I had an average figure and wanted to maintain it constantly! This course helped me because I work out for half an hour daily and feel quite energetic as well as maintain a healthy lifestyle.

    Living healthy

    My doctor used to always advise me on maintaining a healthy lifestyle because one of my parents is subject to a non-communicable illness. He said that the only way to prevent it or delay it from occurring is by adopting a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise. I was on the search for ‘how to adopt a healthy lifestyle’ and this course helped me to achieve it! Today I feel better, more energetic, and more fit by looking better and more toned as well as feel stronger both physically and mentally while feeling healthy!

    I happen to go to the gym till I got married and later found that I was moving out of shape. I had many commitments and yet wanted to be healthy as I had been before. This course facilitated me to greater levels and I am back to myself again even more energetic and fit via a shorter option!
