Overview

Reflexology Basics – Level 3 is a touch therapy, where trained technicians work on pressure points of the feet, hands and outer ears.  This technique is based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and by applying the right amount of pressure to them; it sends a calming message from peripheral nerves to the central nervous system, which then signals the body to adjust the level of tension. People who practice this technique are called reflexologists.

The Reflexology Basics course is associated to many potential benefits, but only a few of them have been assessed in scientific studies. When applied by professionals, this ancient form of massage is said to help patients relax, improve wellness and give pain relief.

What is reflexology good for?

  • Encourages relaxation – reduce stress and anxiety
  • Reduce pain
  • Promotes Nervous System Stimulation
  •  Relieves Migraines and Headaches
  • Improves Circulation and General well-being

This course will cover Reflexology as a whole and enable you to practice the methods and techniques to deal with common ailments.
