Robin Hills is a highly experienced Emotional Intelligence Coach, Trainer and Facilitator. He is currently the Director of Ei4Change and has over 12 years of expertise in this field. He specialises in a range of courses such as Foundation in Emotional Intelligence, Principles of Emotional Intelligence, Influencing with Behavioural Styles, The Emotionally Intelligent Leader , Understanding Personality Types and much more. He has specialist skills in this area and which gives him a unique perspective when delivering his trainings.

He launched his first online course in October 2014, and has years of experience as a Professional Instructor. He is also the author of two publications, namely, The Authority Guide to Emotional Resilience in Business and The Authority Guide to Behaviour in Business.
