The tools and techniques you will be taught in this course are tried and tested methods to identify what you need to create a positive change and take control of your future.

Samantha and Emilio have travelled the world extensively and hope to guide individuals to lead happier and more meaningful lives. They want to share their knowledge of how to eliminate frustrations and create the time to do the things you love to do. They have delivered over 100 live events to date, including workshops, documentary screenings and TV segments. They are both trained in mental health.
This is a knowledge-based course, and thus, will contain no method of assessment.
Upon the successful completion of the course, learners will be awarded an accredited ‘Certificate of Completion for Lifestyle Design - Level 3 by iAP’
