Overview

Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) refers to the approach of changing the behaviors, perceptions, responses and communication of an individual in order to achieve specific goals and objectives in life. NLP was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970s. The founding principle of NLP is that every individual create their own map of the world which is perceived through their sensory experiences. NLP provides individuals with techniques and practices to help them model the performances of successful people in their field of interest. NLP is also used by businesses to improve the personal development of the employees and for the success of the organization.

Sports Management course as CPD 4

I work in sports development and wanted to do some CPD as it had been a while since I last went on a course or did any development work. The content seems good, a few spelling mistakes which was odd. But the content is easily accessible and easy to download. I did this over a few days while at work and the mock exam gave me a much better idea of what types of questions are asked. I'd say it's a good introduction to it all.
