    Lifestyle Change

    As an athlete, I used to consume a lot of animal protein-based items such as meat, seafood, eggs and dairy to keep myself fit. Yet, at times I used to get problems regarding digestion and complexion. I became a vegetarian after undertaking this programme. Yet continued to consume milk and milk-based products. Today I feel free from digestion related problems, have a good complexion and feel more energised.

    Healthy eating

    My aged parents are subject to many non-communicable diseases. Both medicine and exercise seemed to have only a mild effect on them. Yet, after they undertook this wonderful course they changed their eating habits and became completely vegan. The results are remarkable and today they don’t look like those with non-communicable illnesses and have reduced their drug intake by 65%. This is a truly commendable programme!

    Free from junk food

    As a parent, I used to worry a lot about my college-going son and my teenaged daughter consuming a lot of junk food. After having them undertake this course I am proud to say they have changed their consumption habits. Instead of junk food, they have started to consume fresh fruits, homemade fruit juice, salads and vegetables.
